Lana Richards

I am a lifelong Southeast Texas resident and love serving our local community. I am a Lamar University Alumni receiving my Bachelors in Business Marketing in 2009. I have always known I wanted to own my own business locally and in 2020, I proudly opened the doors to the Lana Richards State Farm Agency in Beaumont.

In my spare time, you can find me spending time with my family. I have five amazing boys in our blended family - Caleb, Mason, Blake, Jonah and Wyatt with my husband, Jonithan. I'm not the only girl in our family though - we have two female dogs named Ruby and Bailey, a cat named Lulu, and two turtles named Truman and Truewater! I enjoy sitting by a fire, reading a good book, our church, volunteering with the Junior League of Beaumont, eating my way through our awesome local restaurants, attending community events and enjoying our local Little League, High School and Lamar University sporting events.

Our purpose is to serve the surrounding communities and towns around the Southeast Texas/ Southwest Louisiana area; Beaumont, Vidor, Mauriceville, Evadale, Buna, Orange, Bridge City, Port Arthur, Groves, Port Neches, Nederland, Lumberton, Silsbee, Kountze, Sour Lake, Winnie, Vinton, Sulphur, Lake Charles and throughout our great states of Texas and Louisiana.

What's Going on Around Beaumont and the Lana Richards State Farm Agency this October?

October 1: National Pumpkin Spice Day! There is no fall without pumpkin spice, this day lets all the pumpkins spice lovers to enjoy a PSL or any treat with pumpkin spice.

October 4: The Fire Museum of Texas with be hosting its annual Fire Festival. Bring the whole family out to enjoy fun fire themed activities.

October 4: The Annual Beaumont Oktoberfest returns to Rogers Park! Go out and enjoy the free family event! The music lineup features Madam Radar, Running on Credit &The Golden Triangle Brass Quintet.

October 6-31: The Wesley Pumpkin Patch begins! Go out and support the Wesley Church Fundraiser and purchase your pumpkins along with taking some cute pictures.

October 7: Please join us in wishing our team member, Sandra Alvarez a very Happy Birthday!

October 11: The 13th Annual Touch-A-Truck & S.T.E.A.M fair will be held at Beaumont Children’s Museum and Civic Center! Bring the whole family out for a day to enjoy a unique opportunity to explore vehicles of all types!

October 18: Beaumont is hosting their annual Dogtober Fest on the lawn at the Julie Rogers Theatre from 8:30 a.m. -2:00 pm. It is a free admission event to bring the full family and furry friends! So go out and enjoy the great food, music, and furry fun!

October 18: Get ready for the annual Beaumont Heritage Society Pumpkin Walk and Haunted Tour taking place on the grounds of the historic John jay French Museum from 6-9 PM!

October 27-31: Come by the office this week to enjoy our ‘Countdown to Halloween.’ We will have candy for all the kiddos and fun events all week! Be sure and Vote on our Facebook and Instagram pages for our office Pumpkin Decorating this week as well!
